What are the shipping costs?
TML Gears offers simple, flat-rate shipping fees for all orders, ensuring that you know exactly what to expect at checkout:
A flat rate of $19.99 CAD applies to every order—no hidden costs, regardless of size or weight.
A flat shipping rate of $30 CAD is charged for all orders shipped across the border.
Please keep in mind that import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may apply to U.S. orders. These are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. TML Gears does not manage or collect these fees, and they may vary depending on your location and the value of your shipment.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
For orders shipped within Canada, we primarily use Canada Post, a reliable national carrier trusted by millions of Canadians. Canada Post offers dependable service and ensures your order is traceable and secure.
All deliveries require a signature to ensure they are received by the correct person. If you’re not available at the time of delivery, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice, allowing you to conveniently pick up your package from the nearest post office.
02. Tracking & Delivery Times
Will I get tracking information for my order?
Yes. We know how important it is to stay informed about your purchase. That’s why you’ll receive an email with your tracking number by the next business day after your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress on the Canada Post website or with your local postal provider if you're located in the United States.
Tracking gives you real-time updates on where your package is and helps you plan for its arrival.
How long does delivery take?
TML Gears uses expedited shipping for all orders to provide a good balance between speed and affordability. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
5–7 business days
(including Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Maritimes, British Columbia, and parts of the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut): 7–10 business days
